Greystones Moon Stalker
"Stoney"
Retired 1987 Grey Thoroughbred Gelding
Stoney is Jenn's new boy.  As you can see, they have hit it off!!
She just loves him.  Although he can never replace her precious
Tee, he is already helping to heal her heart.Thank you SO
MUCH, Delana, for allowing us to own such an awesome gelding.

Jenn and Stoney giving Delana's daughter a ride
Stoney and Jenn had a GREAT first 3 weeks,
then he cut his foot (See pics below)
About 2 weeks after the cast came off, Stoney came up lame.  The
xrays showed that he had fractured his left rear pastern.
Thankfully he won't have to be put down, but he may never be able
to be ridden again.  He will remain here on our farm as our pasture
pet- enjoying his ear scratches and unending grass.
Stoney and Jenn had a GREAT first 3 weeks, then he cut his front
right foot on barbed wire.  He had surgery to clean and suture the
wound, then was put in a cast and on stall rest for 6 weeks.  Other
than him HATING being stuck in a stall, his recovery is going well!
Stoney on Stall Rest-
He's NOT a happy camper- he can't
figure out why he can't go run and play
with everyone else.  He also thinks that
EVERYONE that walks by MUST give
him a treat, or two, or three...
